How to split MP3, AAC with Macsome Audio Splitter?

Macsome Audio Splitter is a complete free and marvelous audio cutter, so you can free download MP3 cutter online, install it on your computer and then run it.

Step 1: Add audio files

You can click "Add" button on the top-left corner of the interface, choose the MP3, AAC files you want to split and then click "Open" button. All selected files will be added onto the file list.

Tips: You can coordinate hot key Shift to select more audio files and import them to the program simultaneously. Or you can drag and drop your desired files into the file list directly.

Step 2: Split audio files

1. Set splitting settings

Macsome Audio Splitter doesn't support batch conversion at present, so you must split files one by one. You can first select the audio file and then click "Split" button. Check the seconds option, enter exact interval, and the audio file will be split by seconds. Or you can check split files option, input your desired split parts, and it will be split by parts.

  

2. Set output folder

You may save the output files to default document AudioSplitter, or choose Custom to browse the location as you like.

Step 3: Retrieve output files

After the splitting is finished, you can use context menu to retrieve the output files. Select the audio file in the file list first and then right-click it to choose "Show in Finder".

Step 4: Edit ID tags

You may inspect and edit the tags by choosing "Show Inspector" in context menu, or click the button "Inspector".
